1.1. Brabos Club players are obliged to follow the rules of the servers in order to continue participating in the project. By becoming a Brabos Club User, you will automatically accept all the rules expressed in this document.
1.2. The account within Brabos Club is personal and non-transferable and all its data, as well as its accuracy and maintenance are the exclusive responsibility of the player. Brabos Club is not responsible for the loss of this information to any extent or under any circumstances.
1.3. The information, belongings or any other resources of an Avatar and/or Character are the exclusive responsibility of its User. Brabos Club is not responsible for the misuse of this data or information that may in any way cause harm to the user.
1.4. The participation and permanence of any User on the Brabos Club servers is linked to the staff evaluation. The administrators reserve the right to temporarily or permanently restrict the access of any User, under any condition without prior notice or justification.
1.5. In case of violation of the rules, Brabos Club will notify the player at the registered email associated with the banned Avatar(s) and/or Character(s) of the violated rule.
1.6. In the event of disagreement with the decision taken, the User will have 72 hours to attach to our Online Support Center information challenging the decision taken.
1.7. Brabos Club reserves the right not to have to present any information other than the rule or term infringed by the User.
2.1. Within our community, we expect you to hold us to the highest possible level of respect. Therefore, please try to address staff or other players in a friendly and understanding manner.
2.3. Players agree not to slander/defame the brand, the server, or any member of our staff, regardless of the means of communication used. Any dissatisfaction or questions should be addressed directly with the project administrators.
2.7. Do not ask staff for in-game advantages that are not available to other players.
2.8. Players may not use our community's available media, both in-game and out-of-game, for self-promotion unless previously authorized by staff.
2.9. If any player feels aggrieved in whole or in part by the conduct of another player (and this conduct is not provided for in the conditions set out in the server rules), he/she must resort to legal means to ensure that his/her rights are guaranteed. In this way, no staff member can be held responsible for the individual attitudes of other players, which in any way infringe Brazilian law in any capacity.
3.1.1. It is prohibited to use third-party programs that interact with the game in order to provide any benefit, no matter how small.
3.1.2. t is strictly forbidden to use strategies in and out of the game whose sole purpose is to deceive or, by omission, to deceive other players. Some examples, but not limited to, may be:
3.1.3. It is expressly prohibited to impersonate staff members for any reason or motive in order to obtain (or not) any benefit in and out of the game.
3.2.1. It is prohibited to use any glitches and errors of any kind found in the game for personal or other player's benefit. The player must report any such problem to the staff immediately as soon as he or she becomes aware of it.
3.3.1. It is prohibited to use unofficial strategies (those not included in the game's own programming) to obtain advantages for your character or for third parties.
3.4.1. It is prohibited to advertise, publicize, comment on, or imply competing servers on our Discord or in-game.
3.4.2. It is forbidden to use our communication channels, in-game or out-of-game, to incite players against the administration under any circumstances. Any disagreement should be brought directly to the project staff.
3.5.1. Players are expressly prohibited from disclosing personal information about other players or staff members (doxxing) directly or indirectly on any communication channel, on or off our servers.
3.6.1. Sharing accounts, characters or game elements through external means that have not been previously authorized by the project creators is expressly prohibited. If in doubt, please contact the staff.
3.6.2. It is prohibited to advertise or sell in-game items, accounts or services in exchange for real money or non-game goods.
3.6.3. Players who engage in out-of-game negotiations and who actually violate article 3.6.1 of our rules may benefit from a reduced penalty upon reporting the violation. In order for the penalty reduction to be considered, the reporting player must provide all necessary evidence requested by the team during the review of the violation. Additionally, all in-game resources involved in the negotiation will be removed.
3.7.1. It is absolutely prohibited to commit or incite any form of crime, including but not limited to racism or any other form of discrimination. Users who engage in such activities will be immediately banned from the game and their information may be reported to the relevant authorities as necessary.
4.1. Players wishing to report violations of our rules must do so through our online Support Center (ticket on our Discord).
4.2. The complaint must be very descriptive, contain compelling information that demonstrates the violation committed and that can be verified by our records.
4.3. Complaints that lack conclusive information about the violation or that cannot be validated by staff will not be considered.
5.1. Failure to comply with the above rules is determined in our Penalty Table.
6.1. THE PROVISIONS OF THESE SERVER RULES MAY BE MODIFIED AND UPDATED AT ANY TIME BY Brabos Club.
6.2. Brabos Club may amend or revise these Server Rules at any time in its sole discretion. Such amendment or revision shall be effective upon posting of the revised Privacy Policy on the Websites and shall become effective immediately thereafter.
